The hotel's central location makes it easy to access Old Palace Resort, Sahl Hasheesh New marina, corniche, and Piazza. the à la carte restaurant had attentive staff. - It's only a short 15-minute drive to Jamaran.

The staff were both sincere and decent. Its beautiful, very central location was a plus. - Very nice restaurant served Egyptian specialities.

The rooms here are stocked and great-sized with amazing view. The breakfast is rich, offered with extremely bland food and sweets, for instance and served in the restaurant. The location is stunning and amazing, near the future new center in Sahl Hasheed, perfect beach, and lovely Old Palace.

hotel facilities. Especially the exterior ones. Everything is very well cared for, new and clean. beach is very quiet and water is crystal clear. room and balcony also very well. Inside the hotel everything is tastefully decorated. lobby is quite cozy and comfortable.

Even though the restaurant has plenty of food and a wide variety for both lunch and dinner, everything we tasted tasted didn't go very well. Apart from breakfast, the food is not at all spectacular. Really tasteless. In addition, certain drinks (beer) and other services of the hotel are only free within the all-inclusive for those who stay a certain number of nights. Be careful with that.

The room was elegant and fantastic with the AC, sea-view, beautiful views as expected. The welcoming staff made our stay a really great experience and the location was magnificent. They had a fast check-in. Good facilities and the pool was heated.

The third bed in the triple room was. Uncomfortable. Old-fashioned television.

The bathroom dates from prehistoric times and needs to be redone. For the meals it should have less choice but more quality.

we spent 5 days during eid at old palace resort sahl hasheesh and the hotel was in full capacity, but it did not impact the service at all; the service was excellent. we called the hotel before arriving by 1 hour and asked for an early check in. when we arrived, our room was ready, with a complimentary sea view upgrade which made our stay wonderful. the guys at the reception are wonderful, cheerful, and very polite. the room is not very big, but very comfortable. the hotel has a very large pool with a bar and a wonderful beach, super clean and sandy, perfect for relaxation. there are many morning and evening activities, massage service, and safaris in the hotel. we were on a half-board stay, and the food was excellent. very nice location nearby sahl hasheesh new marina, corniche, and Piazza. very good room service and offering 2 large water bottles daily. the hotel area was very big, beautiful, and clean, with plenty of space and privacy. the beach was beautiful with never too many people, and the gym was also ok. the hotel rooms bed was comfy. the place is prepared for normal people and old age with special needs. tables are always laid in perfect arrangement considering the social distance between guests. finally, special thanks for the fabulous, fantastic animation team.
